Every week, I will give you 4 or 5 exercises to complete. Please watch my demonstration video on each exercise so that you know what to do. Once you have seen and understood the demonstrations, you can watch me complete the exercises myself, although it will be sped up otherwise you will be watching for a long time! After you have watched me, it is your turn! Your challenge is to complete the given amount of repetitions of each exercise for your age. If you want to push yourself and do more then you absolutely can!
