Strategic Plan

As a school we are constantly considering how we can improve outcomes for all our children.  Senior Leaders and Governors work with the whole staff to consider the next steps for school development.

The Strategic Plan gives a three to five year direction. 

The School Development Plan sets out the school’s development targets for a year at a time and supports the achievement of the Strategic Plan whilst addressing any weaknesses which have become apparent in self-assessment.
